Booking Confirmation: All workshop attendances are by reservation only. Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. However, a one-time reschedule may be offered depending on availability. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Rescheduling Requests: Date changes must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If there is space, an alternative date will be offered. Group Reservations: For group bookings, cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days in advance. If the number of participants decreases, the total fee remains unchanged. Workshop Cancellations: In case of cancellation due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or a new date will be offered upon request.
